Do you ship internationally?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All Products purchased from the Website, once fulfilled and packaged, are shipped via DHL/UPS Express with signature required.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. For orders within the United States, standard shipping typically takes 10-14 business days. For international delivery, it generally takes 14-20 business days. This encompasses the time required for both processing and shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays or unforeseen delays.
For custom-made requests, it takes approximately 4 weeks plus shipping time after completing our order agreement.
Do you have a physical store where I can view the products in person?
Currently, we operate primarily online, but we’re actively working towards establishing a physical location. In the meantime, you can trust that our quality is top-notch, and we stand by the legitimacy of our products, ensuring a great experience even in the e-commerce space. Return & exchanges
All sales are final due to the custom nature of our fine jewelry. Each piece is meticulously designed and created, which can take anywhere from several days to a few weeks.
