At Lê Adamant, each piece is individually crafted to order using the exact specifications selected at checkout. Because of this personalized production process, our return policy reflects the custom nature of our jewelry.
Please review carefully before placing your order.
1. MADE-TO-ORDER & FINAL SALE POLICY
All jewelry sold by Lê Adamant LLC is made-to-order and produced according to your selected specifications, including but not limited to:
- 14k or 18k gold and platinum
- Yellow, white, or rose gold
- Ring size
- Bracelet or necklace length
- Carat weight (where applicable)
Because each item is custom manufactured specifically for you, all sales are final once production begins.
All sales are final once production begins. Production may begin immediately after order confirmation.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected at checkout
- Preference changes
- Delays outside our control
This policy reflects the personalized and non-resalable nature of made-to-order fine jewelry.
For customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with statutory withdrawal rights:
Under applicable consumer protection laws, goods made to a consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized are exempt from standard cancellation rights.
2. PRODUCTION TIMELINE
Crafting high-quality, made-to-order fine jewelry requires time and precision.
Most pieces are completed within approximately 14 business days. Certain designs may require additional time depending on materials and specifications.
Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Orders may not be canceled once production has begun.
3. 24-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW
We offer a 24-hour grace period from the time your order is placed.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours.
After 24 hours, your order may have entered production and cannot be canceled.

4. ONE-TIME SIZE EXCHANGE (LIMITED)
We offer a one-time size exchange under the following conditions:
- Request must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
- Item must be unworn and in pristine condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Engraved or specially modified items are excluded
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- We cover shipping for the corrected size
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after receipt
We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these requirements.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All shipments:
- Are fully insured
- Require signature confirmation upon delivery
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon confirmed signature delivery.
Proof of delivery from the carrier constitutes conclusive evidence of delivery.
Shipping concerns must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
6. WARRANTY CLAIMS
Manufacturing defects are covered under our 1-Year Limited Warranty.
Normal wear, surface scratches, misuse, accidental damage, or third-party modifications are not covered.
