How much does a custom piece cost?
Every piece is priced individually, based on the 4Cs, the metal and the design. We get back to you with a price for your piece, and requesting a design is free and without commitment.
Can I make changes to my design?
Yes. You can refine every detail until you approve your 3D design. Once production has started, changes are no longer possible.
How does payment work?
Once you approve your design, a 50% deposit starts production. The remaining 50% is due before your piece is shipped.
Can I return a custom piece?
Custom pieces are made to order and cannot be returned. Each piece is covered by our 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
